Mole Chicken












  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 2 tablespoons DOÑA MARÍA® Original Mole Sauce
  • 1 cup college inn chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoons Skippy crunchy peanut butter. 

brown chicken in warmed olive oil. Remove chicken adding mole, peanut butter and chicken broth. Add chicken back in and turn to low for about 12 minutes until chicken is cooked and desired consistency.
