1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 heavy cream
2 tablespoons dejion mustard
2 tablespoons honey
3 chicken breasts
Halve chicken breast, Combine mustard, cream and honey. Dip chicken breast in mixture then in nuts. place on baking sheet. cook for about 40 minutes @ 350.
